Here are Wayne Harkness and CPL Joe Graham next to an ITV. They were serving with the 1/39 Infantry AT Platoon (1981-82).

If my eyes don't fool me, that's a training decon pack that Joe Graham has underneath his protective mask, a little flash of color in an otherwise grey-green-white landscape. Few things more fun than practicing chemical warfare in your MOPP gear in the depth of a German winter . . . sure am glad we never had to do it for real.

Gentlemen, could this photo really have been taken thirty years ago?
