AAAO Best Caption Competition -- Photo of the Week
I couldn't resist posting this gem of Ed Marsh and a close friend, hanging at Grafenwoehr in 1986.

Later on, Ed Marsh was with the Mortar Platoon during 4/12 Inf (M) days at H D Smith Barracks, Baumholder FRG.
Where'd you end up, Ed?
AAAO!
p.s. that 4.2" mortar you see in the foreground was made by Westinghouse during the Korean War, and although I never went back through the logs I wouldn't be surprised if they'd seen some real action between 1950 and 1989.

How about " I'm already hanging and ready to fire!"? I also have a photo of Ed attempting to deep throat the round. I too wonder where he is.
I have a couple of photos of Ed, Boyer, Moncur, and Carpenter at beer tents, and other places during our stay.
I think Moncour is a state trooper in upstate NY, I think Boyer got hurt real bad(car wreck) when he got back to the world. Carpenter lives in Washington state.

Sean,
Hold that thought -- I'm pretty sure I've been writing to you this evening at another email address.
As I think of it, though, if you've got photos then don't sit on them!
Thanks
Matt
